We appraise all types of mixed use properties including retail, office and residential; retail and office; retail and industrial (also known as showroom space); office and industrial (also known as flex space); and medical and office space.

   

The appraiser valuing the property determines the market rents for each type of use and compares this to the actual rents of the property.  A discounted cash flow analysis is performed if there is a substantial difference between market rents and actual rents.
