Ames Appraisal Services was founded by Ronald Ames in 1973.  Ronald Ames is a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in the state of Florida.  He has been active in the appraisal and preparation of
feasibility studies of various types of commercial and residential income properties for more than 45 years across the United States and the Caribbean.

He is a professionally designated MAI, Member of the Appraisal Institute which is the most prestigious designation for commercial appraisers.

Edward Ames has been appraising property since 1992, and is a State Certified General Real Estate
